Condition report: overall good condition. The brass is heavily patinated and blackened, but this doesn't spoil the look and may be a preference to some. A small chip on the ceiling rose which is not going to be that visible when fixed to the ceiling. The chandelier will need rewired, checked and installed by a qualified electrician.
