A wonderful set of six mid-century (circa 1960s) dining alpine chairs that combine rustic Scandinavian folk style with a clean mid-century design. Crafted from solid elm wood with a warm grain they feature a distinctive scalloped backrest with a decorative cutout and sleek tapered legs. 

The chairs are in a lovely vintage condition. Some variation in colour from lighter to darker which looks nice and adds character in my opinion. Some wear to surfaces commensurate with age. A few minor cracks that don't affect the chairs structurally. Please see close up photos for details.
