A French vintage faux bamboo painted wall hanging towel rail with four arms. Will be perfect for a kitchen or a bathroom.
The rail is covered in original black chippy paint. The bottom arm is a little stiff and rotates about half way round, but this probably won't be necessary in daily use. Please see close up photos for details.
